Dr. Elisha Chiware: is the Director of Cape Peninsula University of Technology Libraries in Cape Town, South Africa. Elisha is also the current Secretary of IATUL (International Association of University Libraries Board). Dr. Chiware has worked in libraries and library and information science schools in Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. He has published over 30 articles, two books and made several conference presentations. He has also worked as an international information management consultant – establishing trade information centres in the East, South and Central African region.
