Hester Mountifield is responsible for the strategic development of services to support teaching, learning and research in all Faculties. Her team includes librarians, learning advisers, language advisers and career consultants. She led the development of integrated student learning facilities and services including 4 Information Commons spaces. She has a MA in Library and Information Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education. Her publications include conference papers, book chapters and articles on specialist research support, bibliometric services, holistic learning development and information literacy.
