SHARON MARIA S. ESPOSO-BETAN is the Head Librarian of the University of the Philippines (UP) College of Engineering Libraries. She obtained her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science at the UP School of Library and Information Studies where she currently teaches graduate courses on information science, collection development, library management and information systems planning and development. She has more than 15 years of solid exposure in handling libraries and information centers.
